I regret my decision on doing a full home remodel using Ronbow and after 8 months of painful journey (which still continues) the list of issues is very long to comprehend. One line summary : There are tons of production and service issue, ZERO accountability when the design issues happen and LOTS of hidden costs in installation with their product. Customer service is absolutely non-existent. - Design stage : Everything looks great and their designer will make it sound like it is all perfect. T
