Poor attention to detail and zero accountability. The planters were installed directly on travertine without any risers, which caused staining from trapped drainage—something that could’ve been easily avoided with basic knowledge and experience. When I brought it up, Romy got defensive and started blaming the nursery that sold the planters instead of taking responsibility.
