They are the worst! We had our pool opening this week, they were here 10 minutes on Wednesday and left within 10 minutes because of lightning (understand that). Now Friday and came back for 5 minutes, and did literally nothing. Rained today and our pool nearly overflowed, they never backwashed it or even cleaned the pool whatsoever.
