I unfortunately have to provide a low review for this group that did an otherwise excellent job with my custom shades and closets. I have one window shade that completely failed and had to be replaced for FULL cost less than 2 years after installation ($334 twice out of my pocket). It’s broken again and they’ve told me that in order to send out a tech I have to pay $155. To say I’m livid is an understatement. If this were my business, I’d cover the $155 for the customer.
