Spent $20k on shades- one piece arrived damaged. Two of the 4 were hung incorrectly. Shades themselves are fraying. Did not receive proper guidance when ordering them to begin with- should have been told the top portion the shade metal part would be visible and should have custom ordered according to that. I love the look of the Hunter Douglas shades however the installation was less than satisfactory. I’m in a wheelchair, recovering from surgery and did not check all rooms where blinds were installed until this morning. The installer left empty boxes and plastic wrappings everywhere. Furniture had been moved but not put back where it was. Some unopened small boxes were left on my dining room table but I have no idea what they are for.
