Emailed Rock Solid on a Friday. Got a call on Saturday. Scheduled a FREE ESTIMATE on Thursday. Tiffany was great at communicating. Then Drew showed up and exceeded all my expectations. He answered all my questions, took time to understand my situation, and offered honest advice. I am unlikely to pursue the project I had in mind, and I was unsure and clear from the start. Drew still listened, calculated the estimate, and did not pressure me at all. Keep up the good work.

Drew came out quickly when I requested an estimate for a gravel driveway repair. He sent me a nicely itemized estimate to review. Jacob, project manager for my job, was very courteous. He explained what they were doing and what to expect as the project progressed. The work was done beautifully. They even took the time to sweep up some stray gravel despite the fact that it had started to rain.
