I can't say enough good things about Rock City. Prior to hiring Freddie and Jose, we had a large general contractor redoing a large (1000+ sq feet) deck with a deck/patio combination. This prior contractor was a source of daily frustration with measurement errors, constant cost add-ons, and an apparent lack of knowledge about construction standards. We managed to get out of the agreement but were left with a debris field and partially excavated back yard. A neighbor then referred us to Rock Cit
