Updated 5/6/26: In Dec 2025, I noticed I was nearly out of oil. For 13 years, I have been on auto delivery/auto payment, so this was surprising. When I called Robison, they said they updated their payment systems in Sept and no longer had my card on file, so they stopped delivering. After 4 days of broken promises for delivery during a dangerously cold period, we received oil. On 1/20/26, Robison arrived for their regular delivery and overfilled my tank, flooding my basement & lawn with oil. Th
