It’s actually zero stars. I am writing to formally complain about a service call your company performed at my home this past Tuesday, and to request a refund of the $79 charge. I contacted Robbin’s Plumbing specifically because your company represents that it services and repairs GE water softeners. My unit had water building up above the salt level in the brine tank — a clear, specific problem I described when I scheduled the call. When your technician arrived, the unit was already unplugged. H
