pick up is not dependable. When they miss they want $20.00 to make it right. The owner drives the truck. I would never ever refer this company to anyone!! They are totaly rude and disrespectful to customers. They think they're the only trash company in payson. Well they are not !!! Thank God !! Who wants to deal with crap like that. Especially when you are paying for the service. Besides the trucks are ALWAYS BROKE DOWM !!! ALWAYS RUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. WORST COMPANY IN PAYSON!!!! Absolutely horrible unreliable stay away

We use Roadrunner Rubbish for general household trash pick up. Setting up service was simple enough and they pick up weekly. They furnish their own container and one size fits all. Bagged trash separately outside the can costs extra and requires advance notice. Recycling is also extra. Pick up is consistent and the only holiday observed is Christmas Day. I had called the office on the afternoon of the pickup day; our trash hadn't been picked up. two weeks prior the driver missed one of our cans. I called the office and I was told they would pick up and dump the trash. I wasn't surprised when they didn't show. I called the office this time at 9:00 am, I'M 74 years old and I have to say the man that I talked to said the only reason it wasn't picked up was because I didn't have it out. Terrible overall service. They missed picking up our trash 2 times in 6 months. They will not credit you for not providing the service you pay for. They're rude on the phone and their drivers use vowel language. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
