Seeing the commenters, I can see why I had to cancel service. If you're black, don't do business with this dude. You'll be waiting for a schedule for ages after paying the deposit. You'll be waiting with no communication as to when you'll even have one.

Called him Wednesday afternoon. He said he would call that evening or Thursday morning which I said was fine. Never heard from him. Not only disrespectful but unprofessional
