I've charged here a handful of times and it has never been full, and only one time was there even another car there. I get relatively fast charging speeds, usually going from ~10% to 90% in under 30 min. The off-peak charging rates are discounted, and less than other DC fast charging (non-Tesla) in the area. My credit card is authorized for $55 at the start of each charging session, and the final charge is usually settled fairly quickly after charging completes, releasing the overage being held.
