Worst experience of our lives!

Mike came out to the house to see our space for both outdoor kitchen and outdoor fireplace projects. Nice guy, very knowledgeable, but after 6 weeks of intermittent communication and reviewing options, I was still unable to get baseline pricing. Ultimately Mike just ghosted me altogether, no longer returning e-mails. Left me hanging without even providing initial pricing. Waste of time and disappointing.
