On time and Gabriel was professional, diagnosed possibilities with my interim issue. He provided a solution and the diagnostic initial visit was reasonably priced. I am also in construction and Rite Way is very client field service oriented. The scheduler was quick to find an immediate opening also.

Our service technicians were Shawn (water softener) and Todd (water heater and pressure). They were extremely knowledgeable. This is the second time Shawn has been here for routine checkups and sanitation for our water softener. He does a great job. Todd was much of the same, informing me of certain issues I had with my water heater. I would recommend RiteWay to everyone who has a water softener and needs a little refresh to their systems or has any water heater issues.
