You're dealing with a generational business, a family that does pools the way old school families used to pass down blacksmithing or masonry. The Concrete pools are especially impressive in my opinion. Sometimes I hear Tara on the radio commercials while driving, and the audio quality is so clear that I panic a little because I think she's in my car. Poor communication, scheduling issues, and unprofessional service. The repair manager was rude, yelled over me, and constantly interrupted me. The woman answering phones at the Garner office was also rude. My pool still isn’t repaired. Extremely frustrating experience and unacceptable customer service.

Good knowledgeable staff. Great selection of pool chemicals and gear.
