Decent communication, good team - they replaced my inverter from SolarEdge (the company direct shipped my warranty replacement) after my installer went bust. Cost me $450 for 45 min work, but the job seems to be done well so far. $450 was described as the 'minimum charge,' FYI.

We reached out to the company to get documentation related to installation that happened in 2016 (by the prev. owner) for our home loan re-finance. The house when we purchased came with solar. Joe Feng responded very quickly and took care of the documentation we needed. It goes without saying these guys dedication to help customers even though its not benefiting them at the moment. If I were to add more panels, I will for sure reach out these guys, no doubt.

Fantastic solar company! We researched a list of companies and selected a handful to contact for quotes. Rise & Shine Solar was not actually on our list originally, due to a lack of reviews, but we serendipitously saw their truck in our neighborhood, and are so glad!
