I inquired how to remove a big stain from my chair I bought on Facebook marketplace, so I couldn’t place the stain since it came second hand at least. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. Upfront about prices if I were to bring in my chair and availability. They ended up walking through how to try my best to remove it at home in order to save the cost.

Would give a 0 if possible. The air cleaning system they use blew out the seal on my intake and blew some duct seams. Ac guy is in my attic as I am writing this. Has cost $1000’s to repair and when the ac guys came pulled the ducts the buildup was awful so apparently the cleaning was non existent. The guy who came out didn’t even have a ladder, ask to use mine and left tools. Charged a different price than quoted too. Also left some tools here.
