We got a quote from Isaac, but he ghosted us when we tried to call and email to schedule the work after getting HOA approval.

Isaac came to house, quoted price. I spent a week finding colors that HOA would sign off on. Isaac scheduled me for a week later. I called and messaged him on colors, he said to give it to the painters when they show up. I asked if he used water in paint? Said some to keep paint from drying out, not good. I later asked him for a contract spelling out the scope of work...no reply. I asked again, no reply. Come paint day, no Isaac or painters. NO NOTHING FROM THIS ISAAC CHARACTER. Un professional,
