Just had our house exterior painted by Rio Rancho. It came out perfect. The workmen even did some work which I did not expect, and this improved the final results. Things like fillling very thin cracks in the wall, and patching and painting the ceilings of the front and back porches. They also suggested painting the metal security door the same color of the regular door, which turned out to be an excellent idea. House came out good. Fair price. Quick start date once I got hoa approval. Painter contacted me the day before so they could get started early. Started at 6:30a. Finished and left by 3:00p. Would recommend.
