Went downstairs late Sunday night to find my water heater leaking. Texted John’s emergency plumbing number and he was honest with me, saying he could charge me the emergency fee to come out and fix the problem immediately or to follow a few simple steps to limit the leak and make sure the water heater was safe until he could come by the next morning. As painless as replacing a water heater can be. Update: Have had John and the Ring the Bell team out multiple times since this initial review, and

Anthony and Anthony from Ring the Bell were very helpful with installing our sump pump back up, a new bathroom sink faucet, and fixing a fill valve issue in one of our toilets. Anthony and Anthony came to my home to provide an estimate for a tub leaking water from the second floor to the first floor. They provided a competitive estimate and repaired the leak within days. Fantastic experience for the second time with Ring The Bell Plumbing. They helped descale a tankless water heater for me in the first job with some valve installations and helped me with a water heater replacement in this second job.
