We placed an order for a swing gate (2 parts )less than a week after instalation the aluminum started to crack at every corner .such a bad quality and so thin material .they charged us over $1000 for selling us probably fence panels .I would not recommend this company

Completely irresponsive.

Run as fast as you can from Rincon Fence Supply. This has been, without question, the worst company my husband and I have ever dealt with. The gate was installed and initially worked fine, but once we needed service, everything fell apart. Their customer service is absolutely nonexistent. You cannot reach anyone when you call, and when they do decide to respond, it’s days later—if you’re lucky. They removed our gate motor to “fix or exchange” it, and months later we are still waiting. First purchase and there were two customers complaining, and now I know why. The man in charge of billing was receiving two complaints in person. One even got a refund, and I don't know what happened with the other, but the service was terrible. Even with photos, he couldn't sell me complete doors. I charged $150 for delivery and the materials were incomplete. I told him, but he didn't resolve the problem and just hung up. Awful service. I don't recommend them at all. They used to be such a good
