Dick at Rim Country Fireplaces was easy to work with. He's very knowledgeable and it was nice to see so many different kinds of fireplaces in his store. We are very happy with our fireplace. Dick also introduced us to a contractor that could install the river rock around the fireplace. We love to shop locally and Dick and Rim Country Fireplace delivered!

My experience with this company has been a terrible lack of communication and follow-through. I contacted the business several days ago initially and then once per day that followed to try and get my chimney replaced and got no response... not a single word. Would NOT recommend this guy to anyone except my enemies.
