Kagum was very responsive. Agreed to service my vent above the stove on the same day I called. He didn’t insist on a service call when I further explained the problem- and said it would be smart to replace my nearly 5 year old appliance For the same cost of repair I can purchase a brand new appliance. He didn’t waste our time and I really appreciated his honesty and integrity.

Had a great experience with Kagum. Very polite and very knowledgeable and plan to use Right on Appliance for any repairs I need in the future. Had so many miscellaneous issues, a lightbulb that went out in a microwave/oven unit. 2 refrigerator issues and he was able to fix an ice maker that hadn't been used in years. Also took the time to show me how to clean my washer even though he wasn't there for that. Highly recommend.
