Louis was terrific! Informative, professional and thoroughly explained everything. Shutters came in earlier than expected (yay!) and installer did an amazing job as well, great experience all around would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend this company strongly enough. I had a Hunter Douglas automation issue and thought I needed replacement parts. Louis with the company patiently took his time to walk me through all the troubleshooting steps to get the blinds to work over the phone. I have dealt with a lot of shady (pun intended) companies.
