Rick Beckner cleaned and painted our lanai in '06 and again last month ('16) He has also throughout the years kept our tile roof in HOA compliance and helped out on a transmission fluid leak stain in our driveway. He is detailed oriented, on time and insured. He is honest and trustworthy. His prices are competitive and dependable. He is always busy and booked as good people are - but when we have booked him, he has always delivered.

Rick and his team have cleaned our tile roof, pool cage, driveway and sidewalk 3 or 4 times over the years. I won't use anyone else. He's always on time, does an excellent job of cleaning, and protects the surrounding vegetation. Highly recommended.
