Prompt service. The fire logs were nicely put in place, and the men left the fireplace immaculate.

I called Rick's House of Fire and visited with Dina about a remote control not working on the patio fireplace. She could not have been any nicer and stayed on the phone until I was able to get it working. I highly recommend Rick's and Dina, and they will be my "go to" people in the future.
