Overpaid on accident and he never returned the money AND never came back to finish the color

Picking this guy was a huge mistake! We went with him because during our meeting he was very professional, the photos of his work were impressive and he was a really nice guy. We were told it would take 6 weeks to finish our project but 6 months later he stopped communicating with us as we tried to get the work finished. Once the work started he became hard to get ahold of, he would not return calls, text or emails and would just show up to work whenever they wanted to. Sometimes we wouldn’t see

TERRIBLE. Seemed like a very good company to use at first and a good price. However, once he started work (way later than promised) he would show up when he wanted to here and there and left the job incomplete for several weeks. I tried reaching out via calls and texts with no response for long periods of time. After asking around, the wood gates hadn't been braced right and the rod iron fence I had put in back was missing bolts and all sorts of stuff. I'm actually pretty mind blown by the whole
