We had a wonderful experience with Rhino, every team member we interacted with was helpful and patient during a stressful time for us. We are Spanish speakers and there was always someone willing to translate, couldn't recommend them more!! They did their work really well and kept our home clean, thank you again!!

3 weeks since my last review, I'm continuing to get nowhere with my reconstruction. They managed to install some of the carpet a little over a week ago and they tell me what I want to hear when I reach out enough to get anyone on the phone, but it's a constant battle to get them to not ghost me. Do NOT use this company under any circumstances, they've had my insurance money since November and I'm still having to constantly bug them to try to get my house back to normal.
