Communicated with this company about a hot tub repair and agreed on a price and appointment time. No one showed up. I followed up by text and received no response. A week later, I reached out again and was told they had “lost our communication.” I resent the information, but again received no response. Unfortunately, I was left without service and no explanation. Based on my experience, communication and follow-through were significant issues.

Thank you Tim and Josh I just let know Tim answer phone frist time I called and help troubleshoot my hot tub before even sending his technician out. We try all steps and unfortunately I couldn't get to heat. Tim made sure I was frist appt of the next day. Been as I m stage 4 cancer patient and hot tub my main source of pain relief.
