Was told a totally different number on the phone and my delivery was double what was expecting. Was told they price match but had to be before delivery, was charged 6.50 for 50 gallons when other companies are well under 5 for 50 gallons. Please save yourself time money and annoyance by never using Rex oil

The office who answers the phone is so helpful. She makes a task like ordering oil which can be a financial burden—so much easier and less stressful. Deliveries are timely, pricing is honest, and we’ve been using them for years. I wouldn’t call anywhere else!

I used Rex for years. Driver forgot to put the cap back on the fill pipe right before a rain storm and then blizzard. I asked them to cover the inspection to make sure there was no water or contaminants in the tank. They refused and did not offer so little as an apology. Claimed caps are not important. Will not use again.
