We recently had to call on Bill after zero Rez came to our home and cleaned our carpet. The zero rez carpet cleaning guys said the fibers of the carpet in our master bedroom were too worn to remove the dark pathway from the door of our room to the bathroom. I called Bill to find out if he might be able to do better. When he looked at the photo I sent him of our carpet, he said that it wasn’t the worn fiber so much as it was dirt that the zero Rez guys did not remove from the carpet. He came out

Over the years, with Grandkids learning to eat, walk and break stuff, with Family get-togethers, normal spills and drips my carpet looked bad. Mr Bill came by an made that old carpet look new (well Clean). I also wanted to mention that the reminder text of our appointment was quite helpfull (I forgot about the appointment).
