Prior to 2025, I was extremely happy with RevoluSun. I have installed 4 systems in properties through them. Currently, they are understaffed and with a few exceptions, they communicate extremely poorly. Normal wait times for repairs are advertised as 3 weeks, but if they need to reschedule you for weather or “we don’t have the right tool” you are removed from the que and just have to wait until another scheduler puts you into another que.
