Changing my review from 5 stars, which to me means perfection. RetroPro did not meet that standard. They are a better than average company, but like most, they want you to review immediately, and it’s not until later that problems become apparent. I am a homeowner who has windows that are still under warranty, which Retro Pro Kitchen and Bath Remodeling installed in 2018. In 2022, the windows began leaking water. I called them and they sent a technician out to reseal the windows. Over the past year, 2024-2025, I have called their office and sent emails, and NO ONE responded. Now I have to pay a professional window company to reseal the windows, which indicated the cause of the leaking was due to improper installation. I share my story for
