Restore construction was there for my family from the beginning of my ordeal..y construction Mgr and his team were great to work with. Lukas was very caring and understood my trauma. He explain what I could reasonable accept and when my request were not in the scope he would explain to me how that was not possible but assured me that quality materials and work was being done on my house. I was definitively pleased with the job that was done on my house.

I had a very disappointing experience with Restore Construction out of Melrose Park, IL. After a fire, they took our house items for cleaning and restoration, but many of the items were returned in the same condition as before. My couches were even returned incomplete, which was extremely frustrating. The entire process took months to resolve, and communication was terrible throughout. Just flooded first time ever. Chris came out fast and assessed everything. Had his crew there in 3 hours setting up and drying out my basement. They were beyond professional and explained everything. I can't thank Chris enough for everything. ALOT of homes flooded, but Restore Restoration is there when you need them. They removed some of the stress to a very stressful situation. I highly recommend Restore Restoration if you are ever in need.
