I found Brimli and his tech Devin from Restoration 1 to be very professional, fast and efficient. They worked directly with my insurance adjuster which help ease my stress of having water damage and mold in my bedroom and bathroom. I was very impressed with the service being address so quickly. These guys are amazing!!!! They did a wonderful job. They were friendly and professional. They fixed all of the water damage and mold and they are 24/7.The front desk lady helped me understand everything that I needed to know and was really sweet about it.

She helped me get squared away on setting up a time for the team to come out and take a look at my bathroom wall. (Whoever designed bathrooms without windows, why?) I live off John L and recently found out my roof leaks. I called Restoration One and Torren response time was incredible. I let her know what this issue was and explained to her I think my floor has water damage and she was there within minutes !! NO LIE.
