I had a very concerning experience with one of your employees around 3:30 PM on 3/19/26. While I was driving my semi truck on the highway, your employee was entering from an on-ramp but failed to properly adjust their speed to merge safely. They neither sped up nor slowed down, which put me in a dangerous position since a semi cannot easily brake or change lanes.
