Great installation crew, explained everything, cleaned up after themselves, really considerate (including watching out for our indoor cats). I'm very impressed and excited for efficient hot water!

Our experience with Reservoir so far has been great. We went from a "dumb" 80 gallon heat pump that often went cold and offered zero insights, to a "smart" 50 gallon tank that offers greater actual point in time hot water access (sometimes up to 65 gallons), useful app insights, and instant hot water showers. Seriously, no wasting minutes of cold water while it heats up! Can't wait for the update! Go team Reservoir!

This water heater is so much better than my last one. It has supplied plenty of hot water without getting cooler over the course of a shower. I like the access to the water heater with an app, such as the ability to run the recirculation pump. It is supposed to learn our usage pattern over time and be more efficient about having hot water when we need it.
