Davante is the owner of rescue plumbing and rooter. STAY AWAY if you don’t want to be swindled by a con artist. He promised the world on a big remodel we were doing. He quoted me a total of around 16k for the work to completion. He begged for payment in full about 1 week into the job. He seemed reliable and talked about how standup of a guy he was and said all the right things. I paid him in full minus a few hundred dollars before the work was done because he was begging me for it. My mistake. T

Devante and team were wonderful to work with from start to finish! We needed to have our old cast iron main line repaired and opted to have a liner installed. Devante and his crew did a great job with my sewer repair. I was impressed with his explanation of my situation and recommendation for repair. I knew well of what I was getting into and what could come up as work began. This was a complicated repair, with excavation of the clay city line, lining of the galvanized house line, and replacement of a failed vent. It was priced right and done well. This 1968 house has another 50+ years of a working sewer connection!

They were timely, responsive, and priced competitively. They addressed everything exactly as requested with no surprises along the way. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the work was completed efficiently. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. We’ll absolutely be using them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

But we put over $3000 down for another job over almost a year ago and it's never been addressed. Multiple scheduled appointments were missed, and now my voicemails are not returned. I called Rescue Plumbing and Rooter to clear out a slow drain in my shower. Devante was quick to respond and was able to fit me in within hours of my call. He and one of his team (sorry, didn’t catch his name!) cleared both my shower and sink drains quickly and were kind and professional.
