Van was very prompt in returning my contact to receive a bid for the renovation of a kitchen and garage post mortem water leak in the attic while out of town. Within 24 hours he met me onsite to survey the damage and provide a bid of the remodeling project. He spent approximately 2 hrs with me providing options and ideas that would help in maneuvering through this complicated process. I could tell he had experience in similar situations (dealing with insurance company) and how that process works
