Price hike after price hike

I have had their service for six years and when I decide to move I canceled the service the first of the month. A month later I get a bill for the entire month plus an $85.00 bill for picking up the containers. I can’t believe there would a charge for pickup after that many years of service. Try someone else for garbage service.

What terrible service! I've had my trash for a month and a half and they haven't come because I was late paying for a month and they charged me 380 when I only owed for one month. Now they've canceled my service because I paid with a checking account, even though they charged me. They claim they haven't collected it yet, even though it shows it was collected. What are they playing at? They say that with checking accounts, requesting routing takes three weeks to process, which is a lie because th

It's crazy to think you guys can take 6 TO 8 WEEKS to give me a refund cause you ONLY offer a check option. But I bet if I told the company I sent a check to pay my bill and it would take 6-8 weeks to get there, you would shut my service off so quick. Do better, not everyone has the luxury of waiting 6 to 8 weeks for money that was needed.
