had a roof put on by a company that has no affiliation to Jim that included a lifetime warranty, the first time it rained the roof leaked, called them up they came out and said it was fixed but the next time it rained the roof leaked again. So I called Jim and he came the next day and figured it out and fixed the problem! On top of that, he tuck pointed our chimney and did a fantastic job; everything looks solid and neat. Jim saved the day with a time-sensitive repair! He was communicative, explained everything, and was super understanding when I had follow-up questions during and after the repair itself.
