The service was delayed multiple times. It made the whole process frustrating and difficult to plan around.

I expected a more professional experience. Communication was slow and it took several follow-ups just to get basic updates.

I do not recommend using this company for solar installation. I got my panels installed in July and they are still not functioning. First, they ran all the conduit on the outside of my house and my HOA had a fit. It took over a month to get them to correct that. Matthew is a scam solar sales guy. My electricity bill went up. My solar bill is charging me $100 of interest on my $117 payment. Very happy I decided to install solar, which I've had for over a year now. Big decrease with my electric bill. The salesman was professional and still answers questions about the system when I text him. Recently had a solar panel not working as well as the others and Titan came out promptly and fixed the issue, along with followup calls and emails.
