Another 25% is due before the construction begins. Sales representative manipulates you to agree to purchase several items outside of agreed cost of the project. The technicians was professional, polite, and efficient. The install was done in about four hours. Jessie explained the operation and maintenance cleary. I am so happy with my new furnace. It keeps the house warm. They cleaned up the work area completely. I highly recommend Renew Home Innovations for a new furnace installation.
