$10,000 investment. Has leaked since day one

If I could give a rating of zero, I would. After paying $18,000 for a screened in patio so I could enjoy a bug free, dry patio, the roof has leaked since put on 2/2022. Trying to get the contractor (paid in full) back out is an exercise in futility. Certified letters are not signed for or contractor has no forwarding address. IF he comes, he slaps more caulk on the roof which did not work the prior 6-8 times he did so. More often than not, he no shows for a scheduled appointment and does not cal

Searched patio covers. Met with representative Luke Powledge with RTC. Was very happy with his description of his product and subsequently have ordered the Moderno patio cover.
