Jonathan was absolutely fantastic in helping us assess and understand a water-related issue that appeared on one of our walls. He was able to come out to us fairly quickly, after making the call, and was extremely knowledgeable about what was happening. He did not rush the process and stayed as long as he needed to until all of our questions and concerns were answered and eased. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone dealing with water or mold issues.

Be weary of the positive google reviews, this company is SO shady. Remediation 911 was recommended to me by a law firm I was working with on a flood claim after Hurricane Idalia flooded by home in 2023. Initially, they were very nice and had a low estimate. I signed the estimate and discussed what was and was not to be ripped out.
