Matt was great to work with. I filled out the contact form on the website and got a response quickly. I was able to set up a time slot for his team to pick up my large sectional couch via text message and he was able to offer same day pick up if I needed it. Fast and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be using REi in the future.

Texted him to remove a queen mattress and propane grill. Within a couple of hours they came and quickly removed the items for an affordable price.
