The flame in our fireplace was going on and off and was giving us a lot of concern. I called Refiners and they got a technician out in just a few days. Jim, the son of the owner, arrived on time, did a complete inspection, and fixed the issue. Jim also cleaned the glass and put glowing embers in the fireplace, which pleased my wife very much!
