Very pleased with Brett's attention to detail, and quick turnaround on our clogged bath drain. He even found a work around for a broken screw for the overflow cap. It's great to have a local plumber who understands these old OP houses.

Reeg fit the bill but just as important, they scheduled easily, showed up promptly, made sure that they understood the problem clearly and got to work. In just over an hour this plumber identified the real problem- not a clogged kitchen sink but a bad clog, way down under the basement floor. He got it routed out, cleaned up nicely, and now the kitchen is back to normal.

Very quick and efficient

Bode was terrific. My mom needed to use her guest bathroom shower after hip replacement surgery but when she went to use it, we discovered that there was no hot water. After her building manager was a complete jerk and unhelpful in figuring out why, we called Reeg and Bode came over and replaced her cartridge and explained it explicitly and helpfully in case a similar situation happened in the future. Bravo.
