I have never dealt with this company in the past. I was going to try somebody new as my current contractor was unavailable for timing. After 30 seconds on the phone with the lady who answered. It was clear that they are rude and do not have proper training For their office staff. I would encourage them to Research with other successful companies and train accordingly. This review is not on the quality of their work but their customer service. We called two weeks ago for someone to come out and talk about an addition we wanted to do. The receptionist took all our information, location, what we wanted to do etc, but no call back. Maybe we weren’t going to spend enough even though we didn’t have a figure in mind since we don’t know how much things cost. Maybe it was our location as we are up in the mountains.
