Much like many of the other posts I have to agree while Scott is a nice enough guy his communication especially after the sale is limited at best.

Scott is very helpful and great until the sale is complete. Then if you need anything he will absolutly ghost you. Wont return a call or text. Needed a small fix to something he installed, tried to reach him one week after the install and no call or text back. I have tried multiple times over the past month but he doesnt answer and he doesnt text back. Stay away all he care about is the sale not custoimer service. Also company was under a different name until reviews were so bad that he changed

Colter was very professional. Our fireplace works extremely well. The flame is much wider and taller. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.
